Blend : 45 % Chardonnay, 20 % Pinot Meunier and 35 % Pinot Noir.
Maturation : aged between 3 and 4 years.
Dosage : 8 to 9 grams per liter.
Fermentation : alcoholic and malo-lactic made in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing : To obtain a consistency of taste, 30 to 35% of reserve wines are used to complete the blending process.
Appearance : Brut Champagne with fine and light bubbles, this vigorous wine comes from the best Marne Valley’s grape varieties.
Aroma : A beautiful aromatic complexity. Your nose will reveal you several aromas of flowers and fruits.
Palate : Straightforward, fleshy, fruity, with a beautiful well-balanced and a long finish in the mouth fine and fresh.
Food Pairings : Any seafood like oyster, fish, shellfish and shrimp. Also suits with Poultry and white meat.
